4th Street Urban Cottages is 6-unit development in the core of Missoula. Located on two typical single-family lots, the project is going through the Town-home Exemption Development (TED) process. There are two typical unit designs that are oriented to address both the neighborhood and define a central community space for the owners. Units are under 600 sf of living space with an added bonus loft. Standard and simple building methods and details are employed in non-standard ways to meet budget goals and unique spaces. Use of local materials and craftspeople will make each unit distinct and authentic to place.
