Creating a modern, clean dining and retail space allows Double K Ranch to serve their locally grown, butchered, and processed meats to their loyal customers.

With a meat shop at their ranch, food truck, and pop-ups at farmers markets, the logic next step for Double K to support their fervent followers was to build a brick-and-mortar deli and meat shop. Located in a previous military recruitment office, the renovated space supports various functions, including dining, grab-and-go and retail service.

A clean material palette and simple details insure that the raw and processed meats, cheeses, and swag are the highlight of the space. Featuring white wall tile, polished concrete floors, maple and walnut cabinets, and images from the ranch, the contemporary retail and dining area reflects the simplicity of ranch life.
