Retro and modern influences blend together in this micro sushi and ramen restaurant. A restrained material palette of black countertops, orange walls, and warm wood slats are composed in a playful, bright design that makes the restaurant stand out from its surroundings. Behind the scenes, is a compact well-organized commercial kitchen that highlights the craft and efficiency of the sushi chef.
